Megan Thee Stallion’s History Of Over-The-Top Manis Is Something To Behold

ew celebrities have as much fun with their nail art as Megan Thee Stallion. For years now, the “Savage” rapper has been delivering maximalist manicure inspiration, whether it be at major fashion events like the Met Gala or Haute Couture Fashion Week, on awards show red carpets, in her bold music videos, or just on her personal Instagram. Clearly, nails are a favorite form of creative expression for the Grammy-winner, who pulls inspiration from all over — from video games and anime characters to favorite films and more. And while she’s occasionally more subdued when it comes to adorning her tips, her best manicures of all time happen to be some of her boldest.

Earlier this month, Megan made waves at the Gaurav Gupta Haute Couture show when she showed up with an upside-down manicure that was equal parts fascinating and discombobulating. While the look put her nails on many beauty lovers’ radars, it was far from the first time she’s used her manis to make a statement. Even the classic French tips have to have a creative twist for Meg, via neon nail colors or the addition of 3D jewels. And while many celebrities stick to a favorite shape and length, the “HISS” rapper is all over the map, sometimes sporting mile-long nails and other times showing off her shorter, natural length — all varying between pointy stiletto, square, and even lipstick-shaped tips.

Given her refreshing ability to take risks, it’s a nearly impossible task to pick her 10 best nail looks, but we were up for the task. Ahead, get a closer look at Meg’s most memorable manis over the past few years, each more eye-catching than the next.Just a day before her upside-down nails made waves in Paris, Meg wore a much different nail look for the Giambattista Valli Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2025 show. Her short, mix-and-match mani was inspired by the Moroccan-themed collection.

Hollywood actress Florence Pugh has opened up about the heartbreaking moment when doctors told her parents she ‘wasn’t supposed to live’.

The Midsommar and Oppenheimer actress, 29, battled serious health issues as a child and revealed them to Canadian TV host Antoni Porowski.

During her premiere appearance, it’s revealed to Florence that her great-great-great-grandparents gave birth to a daughter also named Florence Pugh.

However, Antoni then told the actress that the daughter named Florence had died at just four years old after contracting what is likely to have been tuberculosis.

‘Because of the air quality and the pollution here, quality of life was really tough. Little Florence, unfortunately just shy of her fifth birthday, passed away. Most probably from tuberculosis.’

Florence then informed Antoni that she had her own troubles with breathing when she was a little girl, with her parents given a bleak outlook by doctors.

‘Okay, so this is also just very strange – because I had many struggles growing up with my breathing and constantly being ill and going in and out of hospital.’

She continued: ‘I wasn’t supposed to live. When I was born they told my parents that it wasn’t going to happen and just enjoy your time while you have it.’

Florence revealed in 2022 that her family upped sticks and moved to Spain because doctors advised her that a ‘hotter climate’ would help her condition.

The Lady Macbeth star was eventually diagnosed with asthma and a breathing condition named tracheomalacia, which causes a person’s trachea to narrow.

She said, according to Yahoo: ‘We were in Spain because I have a breathing issue, and when I was younger they kind of just advised that a hotter climate would be better.

‘I have asthma and I have this thing called tracheomalacia as well. And so from a young age, I’ve just had a different breathing system.’

Tracheomalacia can appear in newborn babies when the trachea (windpipe) doesn’t develop properly, leading to breathing complications.

In a remarkable feat of fashion fearlessness, Lisa Rinna wore flats to Michael Kors.

“Brave!” joked the actor and entrepreneur.

Clad in Kors’ oversized blazer and pleated trousers, Rinna was feeling her ‘fit. “I love this menswear, androgynous vibe,” the “Mommy Meanest” star told Alexa. “And I think this look is better with flat shoes.”

Rinna attended the show in Chelsea’s Terminal Warehouse (the former location of Tunnel nightclub) with her daughter, 26-year-old television personality Delilah Belle, while her 23-year-old, Amelia Gray, strutted her stuff on the runway.

Dozens of celebrities applauded the gorgeous fall presentation, including Nicole Scherzinger, Kerry Washington, Rachel Zegler, Uma Thurman, Rachel Brosnahan, Ella Hunt, Suni Lee, Jane Krakowski, Cristin Milioti, Julianna Margulies and Courtney Eaton.

“This show was inspired by the laid-back elegance that imbues the spirit of our homes and our new Michael Kors Collection store on Madison Avenue,” said Kors in a statement. “Timeless, warm, modern, architectural yet sensual, I wanted the collection to exemplify cozy modernism and hands in the pockets chic.”

An all-sizes and ages cast paraded richly layered styles, like a relaxed black pantsuit worn over a vest unbuttoned to reveal a bra. Skirts hit below the knee and came in carwash, fan-pleated and crossover styles; pants were slouchy and coats ranged from fluffy faux fur to a sequined camel trench. Accents included all manner of boots and travel-inspired bags like satchels and oversized clutches.

“Funny Girl” and “Glee” alum Lea Michele wore a black-and-white twill wool jacquard carved jacket and matching dance skirt that could have come straight off the catwalk. “I just had a baby five months ago, and Michael has dressed me in all of the seasons of my life: Before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and so I just feel so beautiful in this right now. I want everything that Michael makes, if I could be so lucky.”

Singer-songwriter, actor and model Suki Waterhouse, meanwhile, stepped out in a romper. “This is a kind of mini bodysuit which is really well fitted and feels so great and easy to wear,” the “Daisy Jones & The Six” star told Alexa. “This is everything that Michael embodies: glamorous yet I feel very comfortable in my skin.”

The new mom said that she’s been spending a lot more time in New York, so is constantly shopping for coats and jackets. “Most of the time I’m in L.A, and I’m just enjoying being here so much and having seasons,” added the London native, who has Kors in her coat closet. “They’re such a classic staple.”

Sometimes a coat can be everything. Model, fashion collector, philanthropist, singer and heiress to the Getty oil fortune Ivy Getty rocked a short one solo. “This trench is being worn as a dress,” she said. “My grandma used to love to get me a trench coat. I think it’s a chic statement piece.”

The two star in a new Express campaign — which was shot by Sprouse's twin brother Cole Sprouse — and they told PEOPLE all about the family dynamic on set

Dylan Sprouse may not be super used to modeling, but for his latest gig, he had two of his biggest cheerleaders in his corner helping him out.
Co-starring in the new Spring 2025 campaign and Dress to Express alongside Dylan is his wife, Barbara Palvin, who wasn't shy about giving him a few "pointers," she tells PEOPLE jokingly. The campaign was also lensed by Dylan's twin brother, Cole Sprouse.
"[Barbara] definitely helps me a lot through it," Dylan tells PEOPLE exclusively of working alongside his wife, whom he married in July 2023, on projects like this photo shoot. "I'm used to more video content. I'm used to more of the acting side, so I can tend to be a little bit stiff, but Barbara helps me get out of that shell. I think with anything, when you work with people that you know and love, it always gets easier."

Palvin, 31, says she "always" loves working with her husband because he makes her laugh on set — whether or not that's a good thing or bad thing depends on the day, she jokes. She loves that he brightens the day, but sometimes his presence makes it hard to stay on task. The two say, though, that they make a point to not do many of these couple's shoots — only ones that truly speak to them and align with their style or lifestyle.
Express fit the bill, as did this campaign, which is all about celebrating confidence and self-expression. Plus, the couple was more than happy to get on set with Cole behind the camera. For Palvin — who is a modeling pro and has worked with everyone from Victoria's Secret to Stella McCartney — it was a new experience, as she'd never worked with Cole before.
"He made it really easy," she says of working with her brother-in-law. "Also, the glam team are really close friends. It really just felt like a love project, a family project."

For Dylan, there was a sense of pride in working with his brother, who he spent years watching shoot photos casually before he took it up professionally. He tells PEOPLE that he has fond memories of the two of them growing up and being on road trips, where Cole would stop to "take obnoxious photos of landscapes outside the RV."
"I really thought nothing would ever come of it for him," Dylan says with a laugh.
"And look at him now!" Palvin chimes in.

"It's cool to see him be so professional on set and command the room," he gushes. "As his brother, I'm proud of him for that. But as well, to know that my wife, who's a consummate professional in her own field, gets on stage and kills it with my brother who's a consummate professional in his own field, makes me feel like I'm definitely the newbie ... which I am."

But Dylan blended in "pretty well," his wife reassures, adding that with all three of them together, the magic happened, resulting in a sleek photo shoot in the Express collection. Palvin adds that at the end of it all, she truly loved the "dynamic" that Cole brought to the shoot, and even though the three of them all had to put their professional faces on for work, they still had so much fun together as a family.
"There was a point where I was like, come on Dylan, we've got to pull it together. We got to pose a little," Palvin says. "But yeah, I'm always excited when I get to work with [Dylan.] He's a great, handsome man."

In the campaign, the couple models elevated Express pieces that can be worn from day to night, and Palvin says that she loves "every piece."
"It really represents my style, which is casual chic, and I love their elegant, laid-back new pants that they have in the collection," she shares. "I can easily go from day to night, easy to dress up in the morning, whatever I have going on."
For Dylan, on the other hand, the clothes gave him the opportunity to step out of his California-cool wardrobe of Dickies, high socks and Chuck Taylors.
